What Would You Do With $30 Billion CASH?!
$AAPL has $30 billion in cash and they need to spend it. One of the worst ways for a company to penalize itself is to hold cash. Generally accepted ways to use this cash (Besides depositing a portion to my bank account of course!) is through Dividends & Distributions - shareholders enjoy being part of a company when they are rewarded with cash for their investments. Mergers & Acquisitions - Good strategy, however, this doesn’t always add value to the company. Share Repurchases - Often may bring higher earnings per share. Overall, the number one way, is to Grow The Business Organically. This is by far the most attractive option of the bunch as it signifies healthy expansion. Their next strategic move will send a major message to the market.
